Inspired by color and light, Joyce paints from life, on site, in oils, water-
colors, pastels and acrylics. Rivers, coastal areas and historic towns are favorite locations. Wild birds, people, and animals are often included in her paintings. The Plein Air paintings are the Inspiration and reference for large landscapes and wildlife paintings created in her studio.
